Welcome to Kicks Lottery! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our sneaker raffles. By purchasing a raffle ticket and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any raffle. 1.2. By entering, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to participate in raffles in your jurisdiction. 1.3. Employees of Kicks Lottery, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.

2. Raffle Entries

2.1. Each raffle ticket is sold at a specified price, which is non-refundable. 2.2. Participants may purchase multiple entries unless otherwise stated. 2.3. Raffles will run for a set duration, and entries must be submitted before the closing date and time. 2.4. The number of available tickets per raffle may be limited.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

3.1. Winners will be selected at random using a fair and transparent process. 3.2. The draw date will be specified on each raffle page. 3.3. Winners will be notified via email or the contact information provided at the time of entry. 3.4. If the winner does not respond within [48 hours], a new winner may be drawn.

4. Prize Fulfillment

4.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. 4.2. Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within [14 days] of confirmation. 4.3. Kicks Lottery is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. 4.4. If a prize is lost or damaged during shipping, Kicks Lottery will work with the courier but holds no responsibility for replacements.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1. All raffle entries are final and non-refundable. 5.2. If a raffle is canceled for any reason, ticket holders will be refunded in full.

6. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

6.1. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the raffle system will result in disqualification. 6.2. Suspicious activity, including fraud or the use of automated systems, will be investigated. 6.3. Kicks Lottery reserves the right to ban users engaging in unfair practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Kicks Lottery is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect participation. 7.2. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in raffles or prize fulfillment. 7.3. By entering, you release Kicks Lottery from any claims related to the raffle process.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Participant information is collected solely for the purpose of running raffles. 8.2. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required by law. 8.3. By entering a raffle, you agree to receive promotional emails, which you can opt out of at any time.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

9.1. Kicks Lottery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. 9.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
